PICK A PACKAGE AND PAY
Every listing has fixed-price packages. Pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
TELL THE SELLER WHAT THEY NEED
If the listing asks you questions, answer them after you pay. The seller starts once you do. You can message them on the order page at any time.
GET YOUR SERVICE
The seller does the work, whether that's a session, a plan or a video analysis, and marks it delivered. Check it and accept. If you don't respond, it's accepted automatically after 3 days.
LEAVE A REVIEW
Tell other buyers how it went. Reviews only come from completed orders.
YOUR MONEY IS HELD
We hold your payment until the order is complete. The seller doesn't get paid until you've accepted the work, or the time to raise a problem has passed.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Each listing shows a free cancellation window. Cancel inside it from your order page for a full refund. After that, talk to the seller first. If you can't agree, raise a dispute, up to 14 days after the order completes, and our team will decide how the payment is released. The details are in our Terms.

SIGN UP AND BUILD YOUR PROFILE
Create an account, then tell us about yourself, the sports you work in and your qualifications.
GET APPROVED
Our team checks your qualifications and approves each sport separately. Most take a day or two.
CONNECT STRIPE
Set up payouts with Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe checks your identity and bank details. You need this before your listings can go live.
CREATE A LISTING
Set your fixed-price packages, delivery time and free cancellation window, and say whether you work online, in person or both. Add any questions you need buyers to answer. Show your usual weekly hours on your profile.
DELIVER THE WORK
New orders arrive in your dashboard. Message the buyer, do the work, and mark it delivered.
GET PAID
Once the order is complete, the payment is held for 14 days in case a problem is raised. Then it's sent to your Stripe account, minus our 10% platform fee. Stripe pays you out monthly.
